6. How often is preventive maintenance performed?
This is determined by our experience with different systems. All manufacturer's recommendations are used, as well as operating hours, age of the equipment, and certain geographical factors are taken into consideration.

7. Will we see the same technicians, so they can get to know our equipment?
Yes. Technicians will perform preventive maintenance and service calls. If for some reason another technician must be used, one of equal technical knowledge and experience will be dispatched.
